The Chianti DOCG Government all'uso Toscano from the Melini winery is a wine that celebrates one of the most fascinating winemaking traditions of Tuscany. This production method, called "Governo all'uso Toscano", consists of adding a small percentage of slightly dried grapes to the young wine, enriching its complexity and structure.

Visually, Melini's Chianti Governo all'uso Toscano has a lively ruby red colour, typical of Chianti wines. On the nose, the wine unfolds an aromatic and inviting bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, enriched by nuances of sweet spices and a light touch of wood, thanks to the refinement in oak barrels.

On the palate, this Chianti reveals a balanced and harmonious structure. The tannins are soft and well integrated, the acidity is typical of Sangiovese and gives the wine freshness and liveliness. Flavors of red fruit are perceived, with a touch of vanilla and spices, which blend into a pleasantly long and harmonious finish.
