The Ciliegiolo Ravenna IGP Organic from the Botrichio winery is an exquisite example of how respect for the environment and modern winemaking techniques can harmoniously merge to create a wine of character and superior quality. The Bulzaga winery, located in the heart of the Emilia-Romagna region, is known for its dedication to organic and sustainable production, and it is from this commitment that the Ciliegiolo Ravenna IGP is born.

This wine stands out for its intense ruby red color, with hues that can shift towards violet. On the nose, it offers a complex and seductive bouquet, with predominant notes of cherry and wild berries, enriched by subtle hints of spices and a slight herbal touch.

On the palate, the Ciliegiolo Ravenna IGP Organic demonstrates a balanced and harmonious structure. The freshness and acidity are well balanced by the softness and fullness of the tannins, which blend into a persistent and pleasant finish. It is a wine that best expresses the unique terroir of Ravenna, with a strong emphasis on the purity of the fruit and the sincerity of its organic origin.

Ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, this Ciliegiolo is also an excellent companion for convivial evenings or personal meditation moments. Its versatility makes it a valuable addition to any cellar, and its organic certification is a guarantee of quality and respect for nature.
