The Famoso Ravenna IGP Organic by Doronico Bulzaga is an authentic and elegant expression of the Ravenna region, an indispensable item for organic wine enthusiasts. Produced following meticulous organic farming methods, this wine not only reflects Bulzaga's commitment to the environment but also offers a purity of aromas and flavors that captures the essence of the Famoso grape.

Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, with occasional greenish reflections that add vibrancy to the glass. On the nose, the Famoso Ravenna IGP Organic unfolds a complex and intensely aromatic bouquet. Notes of white flowers, such as acacia and chamomile, blend with hints of ripe peach and touches of citrus, crafting a seductive and fresh olfactory profile.

On the palate, the wine is balanced and harmonious. Its well-balanced acidity merges with a medium structure, culminating in a prolonged sensation of pleasure. The gustatory persistence highlights fruity and floral flavors, leaving a refined and lasting aromatic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and light first courses, the Famoso Ravenna IGP Organic by Doronico Bulzaga also pairs beautifully with vegetarian cuisine and dishes based on fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to enhance all its organoleptic qualities.

A wine that not only delights the palate but also tells the story of a region and a winery committed to preserving the naturalness and authenticity of the wine product.

In recent years the company completed its conversion to organic farming for all its products, strengthening a production approach that respects local ecosystems.
