The “Soft” version of 3.0 expresses all the youth of this distillate through its freshness of aromas.
A light grappa just like Chiara, the eldest of the three sisters who represent the seventh generation. With a transparent and stubborn attitude, capable of showing determination and versatility, Chiara fully represents this distillate with a clean and soft profile that she brings back to the UNESCO Heritage hills of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato from which she acquires all the floral and fruity scents. Pure Piedmont, to be savored.
Soft, young and clean taste, with herbaceous aromas, notes of meadow flowers and white pulp fruit among which banana and white peach stand out. Delicate and fine bouquet, with fresh aromas of white flowers and pleasant fragrances of breadcrumbs.
Try it with mature cheeses and Piedmontese toma from the valleys.
