The Rosavero Chiaretto Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico DOC produced by Cantina Avanzi is a true gem of the splendid shores of Lake Garda. This Chiaretto wine, iconic for its delicate pink color and aromatic freshness, embodies the best of the winemaking tradition of this region.

Produced mainly from Groppello grapes, complemented by percentages of Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera, the Rosavero Chiaretto Valtènesi derives its distinctive character from a limestone and clay soil, ideal for imparting complexity and minerality to the wine. The vinification process carefully preserves the primary aromas, achieved through short cold macerations of the grapes, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures.

Visually, the Rosavero displays a soft and inviting pink hue. On the nose, it stands out for a complex bouquet ranging from fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry to floral nuances of rose and violets, enriched by slight herbal hints. On the palate, the wine is elegant, with a lively freshness that is perfectly balanced by a subtle structure and a pleasantly persistent aroma.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Rosavero Chiaretto Valtènesi is also an excellent companion for fish dishes, sushi, white meats, and summer salads. Its versatility makes it perfect for accompanying a light yet refined dinner or for being enjoyed on its own on a summer evening.

This wine is not just an expression of the Valtènesi territory but also a symbol of Cantina Avanzi's commitment to quality and sustainability, aiming to produce wines that authentically reflect the essence of this fascinating Italian winemaking area.
