This Reserve represents the pinnacle of the Bolla winery's Amarone production, symbolizing the union between the historic winemaking tradition of Valpolicella and high-quality winemaking art.
Visually, it stands out for its deep and brilliant garnet red color, indicative of its maturity and complexity. On the nose, the wine unfolds a rich and enveloping bouquet, with intense notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, together with hints of chocolate, sweet spices, vanilla and a touch of tobacco, the result of long aging in wood.
In the mouth, this Riserva Amarone presents itself with a powerful but balanced structure, with soft and well-harmonized tannins. The acidity is balanced and contributes to a pleasant freshness. Ripe fruit flavors mix with notes of chocolate, coffee and spices, culminating in a long, lingering finish.
