In a splendid landscape in the heart of the Langhe, on the splendid hills around Santo Stefano Belbo, the Vallebelbo winery collects the grapes of the members and produces wines and sparkling wines of great excellence. This special Barbaresco produced with carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes during the harvest is left to age for two years, of which at least one must pass in wooden barrels.
In the glass, it shows a beautiful garnet red color, with orange reflections due to aging. On the nose, it denotes a characteristic aroma among which delicate hints of vanilla stand out. The sip is full, dry and robust, at the same time harmonious and velvety.
It is recommended to combine it with meat-based main courses seasoned with tasty and spicy sauces or with medium-aged cheeses.
