This wine is an authentic expression of winemaking mastery, a work of art that blends tradition and perfection.
The process begins with prolonged fermentation and maceration in oak vats at a temperature around 30°C. The refinement then takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels, where it rests for a period of up to 18 months, to finally reach the bottle, where it continues its journey in special cool and dark rooms.
To the eye it reveals itself in all its splendor, with an intense garnet red color.
This wine offers complex and broad aromas: hints of flowers and red fruit emerge, together with nuances of hay, spices and tobacco, which give depth to the aroma, revealing an extraordinary olfactory spectrum.
On the palate, what emerges is a rich, elegant wine with exceptional aging potential. Each sip tells a story of oenological perfection and refinement, making each bottle of this Barbaresco truly special.
