This wine is mainly produced from the Brachetto grape, known for its ability to give life to aromatic and pleasantly sweet wines, with a distinctive fruity and floral profile.
Visually, it has a brilliant ruby red color, with violet hues and a fine and persistent perlage which enhances its freshness and inviting appearance. On the nose, the wine offers an intense and aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of strawberry, raspberry and rose, enriched by light hints of sweet spices, which create a seductive and irresistible aroma.
On the palate, this Brachetto d'Acqui is sweet but balanced, with a pleasant acidity that balances its sweetness and maintains its freshness. The carbonation adds liveliness, accompanying the flavors of fresh red fruit and rose petals in a pleasantly persistent and aromatic finish.
