The history of this very important winery has distant roots: in fact, it was in 1977 that Vittorio Moretti decided to invest in the countryside surrounding Erbusco, with the intention of producing sparkling wines capable of rivaling the famous French Champagnes in quality. A vision that has become reality from nothing, with the birth of a production fabric that is probably unique in terms of dynamism and qualitative growth.

In a place of rare beauty between Lake Iseo and the Po Valley, in Lombardy, there are 190 hectares of vineyards that produce grapes to give life to the famous Franciacorta Bellavista. A historic company that best represents the excellence of Italian bubbles. Brut Cuvèe was born from the union of around 60 selections of harvests from vineyards grown in 10 municipalities of Franciacorta and from the assembly with reserve wines from different vintages which distinguishes the Bellavista style.

The grapes come from 80% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Noir and 1% Pinot Bianco vines. 15% of the wines that are part of this Cuvèe ferment in white oak barrels. The refinement in the bottle lasts approximately 36 months on the yeasts, followed by disgorgement, removal of the cork on which the lees have settled and closure with the traditional cork stopper and metal cage.
 
At sight it shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The foam is white and runs across the palate with a fine and persistent perlage. A glass that doesn't need many presentations; represents true excellence at the table. Amazing as an aperitif, it is still a sip that denotes so much elegance and class when combined with appetizers, starters and fish tartare.
