Cuvée Royale is the result of the selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes from Tenuta Montenisa, resulting in a sparkling wine of extraordinary harmony and value, known for its remarkable expressiveness and elegance.
The maturation on the lees gives the wine an intense aroma with hints of white peach, bread crust and yeasts. Its pale straw yellow color is accompanied by a creamy foam and a refined long-lasting effervescence. On the palate, you can appreciate the balance and liveliness typical of a Brut style.
To obtain this result, the "flower" must underwent the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle in contact with the yeasts which lasted for 36 months.
Its balance and liveliness typical of Brut make it an excellent choice for aperitifs and starters based on vegetables, fish and white meats.
