The winemaking follows the traditional method of bottle re-fermentation, which is common in the production of some of the world’s most famous sparkling wines. The Cuvée Royale matures for at least 36 months on the lees in the estate's cellars, a process that enriches the wine with complexity, imparting an elegant structure and notable aromatic persistence.
