This wine is a real delight for the palate, characterized by a pleasant softness and a fragrant bouquet.
The Chardonnay grapes are subjected to controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After this phase, the wine matures for six months in stainless steel tanks, before completing its refinement in the bottle, where it rests for 20-30 months on the yeasts.
Pouring it into the glass, you will be greeted by a straw yellow color, with a fine and continuous perlage adding a note of visual elegance, anticipating the experience that will follow.
