Albana Secco produced from grapes from vines over 30 years old.
After the manual harvest, the grapes are taken to the cellar where they undergo cryomaceration, thus obtaining a greater extraction of perfumes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, followed by aging in contact with the fine lees for at least 4 months.
In the glass you can admire its beautiful intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is important with fruity and floral notes of apricot, cyclamen and jasmine. Full-bodied taste, with a perfect balance between alcohol, freshness and pleasant sapidity. On the finish, a slight tannic sensation typical of Albana is revealed.
A local white wine characterized by an authentic and inimitable taste like Albana, a great vine from the splendid Romagna. It goes perfectly with first and second courses based on fish. It juggles divinely also in combination with white meats and spicy dishes.
