Characterized by a vibrant red color with purple highlights, the Merlot IGT - Vino Novello from Montelvini presents an intensely fruity bouquet to the nose. Notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and a light hint of cherry blend harmoniously, evoking the image of a basket of freshly picked red fruits. The addition of subtle floral hints adds a dimension of sophistication and freshness to the aromatic profile.

On the palate, this wine stands out for its liveliness and ease of drinking. The entry is joyful and light, with a fresh acidity that balances the sweetness of the fruit. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, making the Merlot IGT - Vino Novello an ideal companion for convivial occasions and casual meals. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a persistence that brings back the delightful fruity flavors.

Recommended to be enjoyed young, this wine pairs perfectly with light appetizers, white meat dishes, or even pizzas and focaccias. Serve slightly chilled to best enhance its refreshing and youthful qualities.

The Merlot IGT - Vino Novello by Montelvini is undoubtedly an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines quality, accessibility, and a touch of novelty. A glass of this wine is not just a pleasure for the palate, but also an opportunity to celebrate the joyful moments of life with friends and family.
