The Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut from Asolo, produced by Montelvini winery, represents one of the most refined and elegant expressions of Prosecco. Originating from the area delineated by the Prosecco Superiore DOCG appellation, this sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection of the finest Glera grapes from the Asolo region, renowned for its fertile soils and ideal climate that contribute to creating a superior quality wine.

The Montelvini Extra Brut has a delicate straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of Prosecco. The bubbles are fine and persistent, a sign of its high quality and the meticulous care employed in its production. On the nose, it offers a complex aromatic bouquet, where notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and a slight floral touch reminiscent of wisteria and acacia can be distinguished.

The palate is revitalized by its freshness and impeccable balance. The well-balanced acidity and the reduced sugar presence, typical of the Extra Brut style, allow this Prosecco to express a gustatory cleanliness that makes it particularly suitable as an aperitif or to accompany delicate dishes such as seafood, light starters, or sushi.

Montelvini winery follows a strict winemaking protocol that preserves the varietal characteristics of the Glera grapes and guarantees the high quality that distinguishes Prosecco Superiore DOCG. This sparkling wine is not just a symbol of festivity but also a testament to Italian viticultural excellence, making every sip an unforgettable experience.
