The wine displays an intense golden yellow, almost amber color, which immediately suggests the richness of the Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle grapes, carefully selected and handpicked. This method of late harvesting allows the grape berries to naturally wither on the vine, concentrating sugars and flavors, which culminate in a wine of extraordinary complexity and depth.
On the nose, the Sauternes from Chateau St.Helene offers a charming and complex bouquet.
