The San Gabriel Beers, were born in 1997 near an ancient Benedictine Abbey where already during the Middle Ages, so-called medicated drinks were prepared (including beer), from which the San Gabriel Brewery took inspiration to continue an ancient tradition carried out by the Benedictine monks.
By aiming for quality, the San Gabriel brewery has been able to distinguish itself in the world of beer, thanks to the attention and technique of the Bavarian masters.
