The grapes, grown respecting the biological balance of the vineyard, are harvested manually in the second half of August. The vinification is strictly off-white with soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks.
In the glass it has a light straw yellow colour. On the nose it has a delicate and fresh, pleasantly aromatic scent. When tasted it is gentle, a simple wine but still full of character with good flavor and fullness.
An easy-to-drink still white wine, excellent to bring to the table every day in combination with fish and sushi dishes, or to accompany typical Ferrara first courses, as well as passatelli, lasagne and cappelletti. Enjoy your meal!
