Giulietta is a wine that is born on soil with a calcareous composition located adjacent to the cellar. The grapes are harvested between the first and second ten days of September; the bunches are carefully selected and placed in small crates; in the cellar the grapes are softly pressed and delicately macerated. Fermentation takes place in demi-muid (500l barriques) of several passages at room temperature. The aging on the lees lasts 9 months in barrels, for the right redox balance.
It has a brilliant greenish golden yellow color. The nose releases complex fruity scents of yellow plum and white peach, combined with aromas of wet chalk, a hint of flint in the background and pleasant notes of alfalfa and citrus. The taste is decidedly full, enveloping and fresh, with saline notes and excellent persistence.
An appetizing label, pleasant with all fish-based dishes and mixed platters of medium-aged cheeses.
