The Famoso Rubicone IGT Biodynamic from Baccareto of Tenuta Santa Lucia is an excellent example of how biodynamic agriculture can be expressed through wine, paying homage to the winemaking traditions of Emilia-Romagna while offering a modern and innovative touch.

This wine stands out for its particularly rich and complex aromatic profile. On the nose, it reveals fresh and lively notes of citrus, especially tangerine and lemon, with an undertone of floral aromas reminiscent of chamomile and light hints of aromatic herbs. The biodynamic cultivation emphasizes the use of farming practices that respect the soil and the ecosystem, which is clearly reflected in the purity and intensity of the aromas.

On the palate, Famoso Rubicone IGT presents itself as elegant and well-balanced, with a surprising freshness that perfectly balances the fruity expression. The acidity is well integrated, leading to a pleasantly long and clean finish, inviting another sip. The palate is seduced by a soft texture and a slight minerality that underscores the unique origin of this wine.

Produced with Famoso grapes, a little-known native variety that has been rediscovered and appreciated thanks to the commitment of producers like Tenuta Santa Lucia, this wine is ideal for pairing with light fish dishes, cold appetizers, and selections of fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent aperitif due to its ability to stimulate the palate.

The commitment to biodynamic agriculture and the dedication to production make each bottle of Famoso Rubicone IGT Biodynamic a true tribute to sustainable innovation and the quality that Tenuta Santa Lucia continues to pursue.
