The vine bears the name of Hermann Müller of Thurgau, a Swiss who was the first to crossbreed the varieties of Silvane Verde and Riesling; grapes suitable for cold temperatures, which give rise to an extremely fragrant, very pleasant and drinkable wine.
The cultivation area has a great variety of "terroirs", which has allowed the production of wines with great peculiarities. Temperatures vary with strong climatic changes, but the area has uniform characteristics because it remains sheltered by the Alpine chain, from the cold currents coming from the north. Both in flat, hilly or mountainous areas, there may be soils of volcanic, alluvial and sedimentary origin, with soil composition that can be fresh and gravelly, or clayey, all rich in minerals. The vinification involves soft pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C, with aging on the lees.
You can admire its straw yellow color with green hues. The scent on the nose rises intense and fruity, with hints of aromatic herbs and light vegetable aromas. In the mouth the taste is very pleasant and fresh, with a fine aromatic persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with fish and shellfish, and is perfect with fresh cheeses and white meats.
