This Reserve, the result of a careful selection of the best grapes and long aging, reflects the excellence and history of the Bolla winery in the production of Amarone.
Visually, it presents itself with an intense, almost impenetrable garnet red color, which anticipates its structure and richness. On the nose, intense and complex aromas of ripe fruit are perceived, such as cherries and plums, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, spices and a light hint of tobacco, which indicate careful aging in wood.
On the palate, this Riserva di Amarone della Valpolicella Classico reveals a full body, with velvety and perfectly integrated tannins. The acidity is balanced and contributes to a sensation of elegance and persistence. There are intense flavors of ripe fruit, chocolate, spices and a touch of coffee, which blend into a long and satisfying finish.
"Le Origini" is ideal for accompanying intense and flavourful dishes, such as braised meats, stews, game and mature cheeses. It is also an excellent wine for special moments or as a meditation wine, offering a complexity that stimulates in-depth reflection.
