The harvest begins at the end of September, the grapes are carefully selected before harvesting which is done manually. Follows pdestemming and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for 18/24 months. Rest in the bottle for a further 12 months before being put on the market.
It has an intense red color in the glass. On the nose it is a riot of aromas that evoke the hints of plum jam, mixed with notes of wild berries and vanilla nuances.
