The Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG produced by the Bolla winery is a sweet, rich and aromatic wine, which represents a masterpiece of the Venetian wine tradition. This wine, obtained from dried grapes, expresses the art and mastery of the Bolla winery in creating a wine of extraordinary intensity and complexity.
At sight, Recioto della Valpolicella Classico has a deep and bright ruby red color, with violet reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and seductive, with intense aromas of ripe fruit such as cherries, plums and notes of jam, enriched by nuances of chocolate, vanilla and sweet spices, which testify to the careful maturation in barrel.
On the palate, this Recioto stands out for its balanced sweetness and its velvety structure. The sensations of ripe fruit and jam mix with notes of chocolate and spices, creating an intense and persistent taste experience. The balance between sweetness, acidity and soft tannins makes the wine harmonious and pleasantly long in the finish.
