Nobile di Montepulciano, produced by the Boscarelli winery in the Tuscan territories since 1968, is a robust and spicy red wine that combines structure, complexity and considerable aging potential.
This wine comes from selected vineyards that are at least 20 years old. Maturation takes place half of the time in small barrels and for the remaining period in larger barrels, with an interval of 28-32 months, followed by a filtration phase before bottling.
The color is an intense ruby. On the nose you can perceive aromas of roses, violets and morello cherries, accompanied by spicy and liquorice notes.
This wine is the ideal pairing for first courses rich in sauce, such as tagliatelle with meat sauce. Among the recommended second courses are those of grilled or stewed meat.
