Valbòn is a name that refers to the characteristic hilly landscape dotted with vineyards and charming villages in the Veneto region.
After a cold maceration of 12-18 hours, the second fermentation takes place via refermentation in an autoclave for about 40-50 days at a temperature of 16-18°.
In the glass it has a dull straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose immediately reveals a harmonious and seductive bouquet of orange blossom aromas in a fantastic fusion with golden apple, pear and almond. On the palate it has a good structure and the right balance of flavor and freshness.
It is now customary and a sign of thanks for the hospitality towards the landlord to bring a bottle of wine, so if you are looking for the right wine, this prosecco is the perfect solution. A lovable and versatile bubbly, which at table goes perfectly with appetizers, light first courses, fish-based dishes, white meats and medium-long aged cheeses.
