Prosecco Extra Dry DOC - 375ml - Sutto

The territory from which our Prosecco DOC comes extends into the hilly belt of the province of Treviso, in the DOC production area and covers a set of territories that follow one another from the plain to the Venetian hills. Hence a fragile and generous Vine: the Glera, hand-tended, delicately, due to the nature of the steep, steep and difficult terrain in which it lives. This grape transformed into wine takes the famous name of Prosecco, one of the most drunk wines in the world. Delicate aromas and refined flavors that arise from the perfect symbiosis between a mild microclimate, strong with a considerable temperature range and an ancient soil, rich in limestone and clay, originating from the uplift of the seabed.
In the glass it shows a brilliant straw yellow color with lively and elegant perlage. The nose is intoxicated by perfumes pleasantly fruity in the hints of golden apple and pear, with a distinctly floral and citrus nuance. On the palate it results festive and lively, at the same time savory and slightly mineral. A lively acidity cheerfully supports the typical structure of Prosecco.
A glass created to accompany aperitifs, but still excellent with appetizers, vegetable and seafood soups, delicately seasoned pasta, fresh cheeses and fish carpaccio.
