Signor Campanone is a Lambrusco Emiliano which owes its name to the bell tower of the Rocca dei Gonzaga in Novellara, the municipality where it is produced. For its production, berries from two grape varieties are used: Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco di Sorbara.
At sight it appears with a ruby red color and a slightly lighter intense foam. The delicate aroma of red fruits immediately reaches the nose, while the balance and freshness of its flavor arrive immediately on the palate.
This Lambrusco is excellent to be enjoyed with first and second courses based on meat, cheese and cured meats.
