The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG by Torre Zecchei is an excellent example of prosecco that captures the essence of the winemaking tradition of the Valdobbiadene area, known for the superiority of its sparkling wines. This prosecco features a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of the Glera variety, which is almost exclusively used in its production.
Tasting reveals a surprisingly rich aromatic bouquet, where subtle notes of green apple and white peach dominate, enriched by floral nuances reminiscent of acacia and rose. The effervescence is lively and persistent, contributing to a pleasant sensation of freshness on the palate.
