In the glass, Vin de la Sabla presents a vibrant ruby color with purple hues. The nose is rich with intense aromas: ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry blend with spicy notes of black pepper and a light herbal touch reminiscent of thyme and the Mediterranean scrub.
The tasting reveals a balanced structure with fine tannins that give it a pleasant drinkability and excellent persistence. The freshness is remarkable, typical of high-altitude wines, which contributes to a pleasant complexity while a slightly mineral aftertaste hints at the mountain rocks.
