The Pol Roger Winston Churchill Brut Champagne is a magnificent expression of elegance and complexity, dedicated to the famous British statesman known for his love of this prestigious wine. Pol Roger was Churchill's preferred choice, and today this champagne stands as a tribute to his esteemed preference.

With a bright golden color, fine and persistent bubbles, this champagne presents a rich and inviting bouquet on the nose. Aromas of ripe citrus fruits blend with notes of toasted bread, vanilla, and light almond nuances. It's an aromatic ensemble that seduces from the first taste, also thanks to a hint of minerality that recalls the unique terroir from which it originates.

On the palate, the Winston Churchill Brut reveals a robust yet balanced structure, with a lively acidity that brings freshness. Flavors of citrus, stone fruits, and yeasts blend perfectly with a delightful creaminess, culminating in a long and memorable finish.

This cuvée is the result of careful selection of grapes from the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards, which are fermented and matured with rigorous techniques to ensure a product of the highest quality. After at least 8 years of maturation on the yeast in the house's cellars, the champagne reaches its optimal expression.

The Pol Roger Winston Churchill is ideal as an aperitif, but its complexity also makes it perfect for accompanying refined dishes such as lobster, truffles, or a selection of aged cheeses. Presented in an elegant boxed packaging, it also makes a magnificent gift for enthusiasts and collectors of high-end champagne.

Winery history
Founded in 1849 by Pol Roger, the house moved to Épernay in the early 1850s and is still managed by the family's descendants. During the 20th century the house consolidated its reputation, forging a historic link with Winston Churchill and developing a network of estate vineyards complemented by supplies selected from Grands e Premiers Crus. In recent decades the house has renovated its cellars and refreshed its image while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and long cellar aging.
Production philosophy
Pol Roger focuses on stylistic consistency and grape quality: separate vinifications by cru and variety, predominant use of steel and concrete, extended time on the lees and traditional riddling. Grape selection favors high-quality crus to preserve elegance, structure and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Épernay, it sources grapes from its own vineyards and from growers in the main Champagne areas, including Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The Maison uses grapes from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites.
