The "Vieilles Vignes" (old vineyards) to which the name of the wine refers, are a source of Pinot Noir grapes of particular concentration and complexity, thanks to the deep rooting of the plants which allows them to draw on mineral and nutritional layers richer than the soil. This contributes to greater expressiveness and aromatic intensity in the wine.

The Cote de Nuits Villages Vieilles Vignes stands out for its finesse and depth. At sight, it presents a brilliant ruby ​​red color, a sign of its youth but also of its ability to develop complexity with aging.
