The Clos des Demoiselles stands out for its elegant balance of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac, which gives the wine a complex structure and a harmony of flavors. On the nose, it is distinguished by its sophisticated notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and a subtle hint of almond and brioche, the result of aging on the lees.

The Magnum format makes it ideal for celebrations and special occasions, ensuring that every sip is a memorable and shared experience. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with delicate dishes such as seafood or roast chicken.
