The Franciacorta 61 by Berlucchi Guido & Co. is a sublime affirmation of Lombardy's winemaking tradition, presented in an elegant 375ml format. This sparkling wine is a celebration of the noble grape variety of the Franciacorta region, renowned for producing sparkling wines of the highest level.

Franciacorta 61 is the result of a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, meticulously processed to preserve the elegance and aromatic finesse that characterizes this prestigious wine. The fermentation occurs partially in oak barrels, to impart complexity and structure, while maintaining the freshness and vitality typical of Franciacorta.

On the nose, Franciacorta 61 opens with delicate notes of ripe white fruits, followed by slight hints of bread crust and vanilla, a consequence of the bottle aging that meticulously follows the traditional method. The palate is rigorously balanced: an explosion of acidic freshness harmoniously blends with a medium body and a rich and nuanced aromatic persistence.

This Franciacorta is perfectly suited for meaningful toasts or as an elegant companion for delicate starters, fish, or white meats. Serve at a temperature of about 6-8°C to enhance its sensory qualities.

Franciacorta 61 by Berlucchi is not just a wine, but a symbol of celebration and sophistication, capable of transporting those who taste it to the vibrant heart of Lombardy's wine region, allowing them to experience a sensory journey of rare intensity and pleasure.
