Before the harvest, which usually takes place during the first ten days of September, the grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard. Subsequently, a delicate pressing is carried out, to then move on to alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel for about a week. The refinement takes place on the fine lees for about 7 months in order to increase its complexity.
The Isonzo Friulano appears in the glass with a fairly intense straw yellow color and slight golden reflections. The nose is intoxicated and seduced by the large fruity and floral bouquet that is released upon opening.
A very balanced wine that stands out for its great freshness and persistence on the palate. A white that conquers for the harmony it offers between simplicity and quality. At the table it is a glass that does not disappoint, versatile, whose right degree of flavor and softness makes it excellent as an aperitif and perfect in combination with fish dishes, cooked or raw, first courses with marinara sauces.
