Gris is a pure Pinot Grigio coming from a single vineyard where the vines have all reached productive maturity.

The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weed control; it is then carefully selected and harvested by hand. After the start of the fermentation in steel, this continues and is completed in 500 liter French oak barrels at a temperature of 22-24 °C; followed by 11 months of maturation on the fine deposit in the same fermentation containers with frequent batonnage. During this period the aromatic breadth increases without changing the original characteristics of the vine. This is followed by bottling and refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.

In the glass the Gris is shiny and bright with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. A broad and complex wine from which the fruity hints of pear and warm balsamic notes are enhanced. The finish is long and persistent and guarantees a drink of great quality and pleasure. It is a wine that goes very well on the table with both fish and white meat preparations.
