Allow yourself to be seduced by the stunning Brut Blanc De Noirs Grand Cru from the Juillet Lallement winery, a true gem that showcases the best of the Grand Cru vineyards. This Champagne is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected from the most prestigious areas of Champagne.

The Brut Blanc De Noirs Grand Cru stands out for its brilliant golden color, with fine and lively bubbles that dance in the glass, promising a unique olfactory experience. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, particularly raspberry and strawberry, followed by hints of citrus and a slight touch of spices, the result of extended aging on fine lees.

On the palate, the wine reveals a structured and complex profile, with a perfect balance between the freshness of the berry fruits and the creaminess derived from the production method. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant acidic vein that stimulates the palate, inviting another sip.

Produced in limited quantities, this cuvée is the result of the dedication and passion that Juillet Lallement devotes to winemaking. Each bottle is an expression of tradition and innovation, making this Champagne ideal for special occasions or to provide a unique experience to true connoisseurs.

The Brut Blanc De Noirs Grand Cru should be enjoyed at a temperature of 8-10°C, perfect as an aperitif or paired with sophisticated fish dishes, white meats, or simply to celebrate life's unforgettable moments.

Winery history
The Juillet-Lallement house was established at the beginning of the 20th century through a collaboration between Paul and Arthur Lallement and René Juillet, who registered the collective name R. JUILLET P. & A. LALLEMENT. Management passed to Pierre Lallement, and in 1973 the company joined the Club Trésors de Champagne. In the early 2000s the family baton was taken up by Jean Lallement, supported by his wife Virginie, who still run the business today.
Production philosophy
The approach focuses on respecting natural cycles and on considered, low-impact vineyard management; the stated aim is to showcase the terroirs and grape varieties through responsible farming practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The domaine is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Verzy. The vineyards extend over two terroirs — Verzy and Sillery — both classified Grand Cru, on a chalky subsoil. The parcel structure comprises multiple plots with an average age of around 40 years, plus one older parcel planted in 1949.
