The Franciacorta P.R. Brut Blanc de Blanc - MAGNUM by Monte Rossa is one of the most refined and prized expressions of Franciacorta. Produced in MAGNUM bottles, the larger capacity translates into a longer maturation and a superior complexity of aromas compared to traditional bottles, making it ideal for special occasions.

The wine is created exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected from the best vineyards in the area. The vinification involves traditional methods, fundamental for ensuring the character and quality that set Franciacorta apart. Fermentation initially takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine subsequently matures on the lees in the bottle for at least 30 months, following the classic method.

Visually, the Franciacorta P.R. Brut Blanc de Blanc boasts a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The fine and persistent bubbles reveal its excellent quality and vibrant character. On the nose, a complex bouquet of fresh fruit such as apple and pear emerges, along with hints of citrus and a delicate floral note. Subtle nuances of toasted bread and yeast, testament to its excellent maturation, stand out.

On the palate, the wine is elegant and fresh with notable creaminess. Its acidity is well-balanced and harmoniously marries with a slight minerality, making it extremely pleasant and long-lasting in taste.

Ideal for accompanying refined appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, the Franciacorta P.R. Brut Blanc de Blanc by Monte Rossa is also perfect as a meditative wine. Its presentation in MAGNUM format also makes it an impactful gift for wine lovers and significant celebratory occasions.
