The Cabochon Fuoriserie N.24 is a Franciacorta DOCG that stands out for its elegance and aromatic complexity. Made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, this sparkling wine reveals a rich and varied bouquet: notes of fresh citrus intertwine with hints of toasted bread and yeast, enriched by a light touch of almond and vanilla, a result of its aging in oak barrels.

On the palate, the Cabochon Fuoriserie N.24 offers a balanced structure and vibrant acidic freshness that perfectly complements a soft creaminess. The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, leaving a sensation of cleanliness and persistence. The aftertaste is long and complex, with a pleasant return of toasted and fruity notes.

This Franciacorta is not just a wine, but a true sensory experience that lends itself magnificently to special occasions or as a prestigious gift. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C to enhance all its qualities. Excellent as an aperitif, it is also capable of accompanying refined dishes, both fish and white meat.

In conclusion, the Franciacorta Cabochon Fuoriserie N.24 from Monte Rossa is a sparkling wine that enchants and captivates, making a luminous addition to any selection of high-end sparkling wines.
