This sparkling wine, produced using the ancestral method by the prestigious Tenuta Santa Lucia, is a true gem for lovers of quality bubbles. The Ancestrale Biench Sparkling Wine stands out for its natural effervescence and aromatic complexity, the fruit of careful winemaking that respects centuries-old traditions.

The harvest is carried out manually, carefully selecting the grapes at the right moment of ripeness to ensure maximum freshness and vibrancy. This process is reflected in the fruity and fresh notes that are clearly noticeable on the nose, with a pleasant background of yeasts resulting from the long period of fermentation in the bottle that occurs without the addition of external sugars.

On the palate, the Ancestrale Biench Sparkling Wine offers a clean and persistently effervescent sensation, with a surprisingly creamy texture that makes it an excellent companion for aperitifs or to accompany delicate fish and seafood dishes. The notes of green apple, citrus, and lightly toasted bread interweave in a flavorful balance that leaves the palate refreshed and satisfied.

Serve this wine well chilled to enhance its qualities and unique structure. Tenuta Santa Lucia recommends a specially designed glass to highlight the uniqueness of this sparkling wine, whose character is as distinctive as it is intriguing.

With a limited production and meticulous attention to detail, the Ancestrale Biench Sparkling Wine is destined to win over the most demanding palates, offering a memorable tasting experience that highlights the craftsmanship and passion of Tenuta Santa Lucia for exceptional wines.
