The refinement takes place in second and third passage used barriques, and lasts about a year; once bottled it will continue its journey for about a year and a half.
Its typical color is light ruby red; the olfactory examination reveals a bouquet with extremely interesting, ethereal notes, with aromas of wild fruits including blackberries, wild strawberries and sour cherries, but also raspberries and blueberries. Vague hints of violet, vanilla, mint and cinnamon follow one another.
The taste is refined, with a fresh and harmonious flavor, enveloping and elegant; a wine that honors the vine of production and always surprises at all latitudes, for a very thick drink.
It goes perfectly with all meat menus, but also with eel and blue fish, and with aged cheeses.
