Sparkling wine from the Spadafoa house, straw yellow with abundant, fine and persistent perlage.
Fresh and sweet notes of ripe fruit, with a manifestation of mineral vein, and hints of bread crust.
in the mouth it then manifests itself with great elegance, the acid vein gives structure and the desire to immediately move on to the second sip.
Produced by fermentation at a controlled temperature in a steel tank, after 12 months, the draft follows with the beginning of a slow traditional fermentation. The bottles then remain in the stack for 30 months, in such a way that they can generate those unmistakable fruity scents. After disgorgement, the classic method, it completes another refinement in the cellar for a few months.
Excellent when enjoyed with a rich fish-based aperitif.

The Cellar and the Estate: Princes of Spadafora
One of the oldest Italian families is that of Spadafora, a noble Sicilian family, whose first certified traces date back to 1230. Over the centuries the House has dominated five principalities, a duchy, two marquisates, a county and twenty-five baronies. Some of the members of the family have held prominent positions in the Kingdom of Sicily and in some European countries. The founder of the farm is Don Pietro dei Principi di Spadafora, who receives the farm as an inheritance by inheritance after generations. The estate suffered a lot of damage during the 1968 earthquake but Don Pietro is committed to both the reconstruction and the redevelopment of the company, re-evaluating the native vineyards and bringing allochthonous vineyards to Sicily for the birth of quality wines. Thus bringing the house to a new luster with wines recognized and tasted all over the world.Shipping security
