Il Pinot Nero Rosso Toscana IGT di Case Via, prodotto dalla rinomata cantina Fontodi, rappresenta un'interpretazione toscana di uno dei vitigni più noti al mondo. Notoriamente difficile da coltivare, il Pinot Nero è ben curato nei vigneti di Panzano in Chianti, una zona premiata per il suo terroir eccezionale.

Al calice, questo vino si presenta con un colore rosso rubino brillante, tendente al granato con l'invecchiamento. Al naso, offre un bouquet complesso e affascinante, dove si alternano note di frutta rossa matura come ciliegia e lampone, con sfumature di spezie dolci, sottobosco, e un leggero sentore di fiori secchi e tabacco.

Al palato, il Pinot Nero Rosso Toscana IGT rivela una struttura elegante e fine, supportata da una buona acidità che dona freschezza e persistenza al sorso. I tannini sono morbidi e ben integrati, lasciando una sensazione vellutata e un retrogusto lungo e piacevole. Situated in the natural amphitheatre known as the "Conca d'Oro" in Panzano. Flaccianello: a 100% Sangiovese single-varietal wine recognized as one of the winery's flagship wines. Production of Chianti Classico and wines made from Pinot Noir, Syrah and white blends such as Meriggio. Extra virgin olive oil produced from our own olives, bearing the DOP label.
Winery history
The estate has been associated with the Manetti family since the late 1960s: the company's modern phase began with the Manetti family's purchase of the property in 1968 and the subsequent development of its winemaking and brand image nationally and internationally.
Production philosophy
Production is based on the use of grapes exclusively from estate-owned vineyards, hand-harvested and vinified to highlight the terroir; attention is given to olive oil quality through targeted harvesting and pressing, with a commitment to agricultural practices that respect the soil and the raw material.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, in the valley known as the "Conca d'Oro" south of Panzano, it is characterized by a natural amphitheatre, calcareous-clayey soils and a microclimate with strong diurnal temperature variation, favorable to the ripening of Sangiovese.
