The Riesling Dolomiti IGT from Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz is a white wine that boasts an extraordinary expression of the Dolomites' terroir. Produced in the vineyards located in the mountainous areas, this wine embodies all the peculiar characteristics of the mineral-rich soil and the unique microclimate of the area.

This Riesling stands out for its intensely floral and fruity aromatic profile, with dominant notes of peach, citrus, and subtle nuances of wildflowers. On the palate, it is balanced, with lively freshness that perfectly balances its natural acidity. The minerality is well perceptible, leading to a clean and persistent finish that invites another sip.

A versatile wine par excellence, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, or as a refreshing aperitif. The careful management of Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz ensures that every bottle reflects passion and attention to detail, making this Riesling an authentic expression of the Italian Dolomites.

Winery history
Founded as a cooperative in 1919, the winery grew from a base of local members and in 1953 moved its headquarters to Roverè della Luna. Today it brings together approximately 300 local winegrowers and represents over a century of activity tied to viticulture at the border between Trentino and South Tyrol.
Production philosophy
The winery combines respect for the land and for its member growers with an approach that blends tradition and innovation: showcasing local varieties by choosing the most suitable site for each grape variety and producing wines that are distinctive of the territory, including Trentodoc sparkling wines made using the Classic Method.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend over the alluvial cone of Roverè della Luna and across the area between Trentino and South Tyrol, on varied soils at altitudes ranging approximately from 200 to 950 metres. The territory is characterised by the Piana Rotaliana/Valdadige and by pronounced diurnal temperature variations typical of the Dolomites.
