On the nose, it presents a complex yet distinctly balanced bouquet, where notes of small berries intertwine with a light spiciness due to aging in French oak barrels.

On the palate, the Pinot Nero from Roveré della Luna stands out for its medium structure, fine tannins, and persistent freshness that invites sip after sip. Its elegance and finesse make it an ideal companion for delicate dishes such as porcini mushroom risotto, but it can also gracefully accompany white meats and medium-aged cheeses.

A wine that proudly represents the winemaking tradition of Alto Adige, bringing a piece of its mountainous land to every glass. Suitable for those who appreciate wines that combine delicacy and complexity, it is sure to evolve beautifully in the years to come.

Winery history
Founded as a cooperative in 1919, the winery grew from a base of local members and in 1953 moved its headquarters to Roverè della Luna. Today it brings together approximately 300 local winegrowers and represents over a century of activity tied to viticulture at the border between Trentino and South Tyrol.
Production philosophy
The winery combines respect for the land and for its member growers with an approach that blends tradition and innovation: showcasing local varieties by choosing the most suitable site for each grape variety and producing wines that are distinctive of the territory, including Trentodoc sparkling wines made using the Classic Method.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend over the alluvial cone of Roverè della Luna and across the area between Trentino and South Tyrol, on varied soils at altitudes ranging approximately from 200 to 950 metres. The territory is characterised by the Piana Rotaliana/Valdadige and by pronounced diurnal temperature variations typical of the Dolomites.
