Di Majo Norante's Sangiovese IGT is a wine that celebrates one of the most representative and widespread vines in Italy, interpreted with mastery in the lands of Molise by a winery that has made quality and innovation its strong points. Di Majo Norante, located in the northern part of Molise, near the historic Campomarino estate, has a long tradition in the cultivation of vines and in the production of wines that faithfully express the territory and its rich varietal variety.

Sangiovese IGT uses Sangiovese grapes, grown in vineyards that benefit from a particularly favorable climate, with mild winters and hot, windy summers, ideal for this vine which requires complete maturation to express all its potential. Di Majo Norante follows a philosophy of respect for nature and the environment, applying sustainable viticulture practices to preserve the integrity of the soil and the plant.

The vinification of Sangiovese IGT involves the use of modern techniques, with controlled temperature fermentation to preserve the varietal aromas and guarantee a good balance between structure and acidity. The wine then ages briefly in steel, to maintain the freshness and authenticity of the fruit, before being bottled.

Visually, the wine has a brilliant ruby red color, with violet reflections that underline its youth. On the nose, it offers an intense and inviting aromatic profile, with notes of cherries, plums and a light spiciness, enriched by floral and vegetal hints that reflect the typicality of Sangiovese.

In the mouth, Di Majo Norante's Sangiovese IGT is soft and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins that give structure without weighing it down. The acidity is lively and well balanced, supporting the flavors of fresh red fruit and offering a pleasant and refreshing drink. The finish is clean and persistent, with a return of fruity notes and a light mineral vein.

Ideal as a companion for a wide range of dishes, from light appetizers to first courses based on pasta and rice, white meats and fresh cheeses, Di Majo Norante's Sangiovese IGT is a versatile and accessible wine, which combines the Italian winemaking tradition to a contemporary approach, representing an excellent choice for those wishing to explore the nuances of one of Italy's most beloved grape varieties.
