Bastianich's Vespa Rosso IGT in Magnum format is a true celebration of the wine art in Friuli Venezia Giulia, embodying the passion and innovation of the Bastianich family. This wine represents the highest expression of a blend that skilfully combines native and international varieties, among which Merlot and Refosco predominate, enriched with touches of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, to reflect the complexity and elegance that characterize the wines produced by this esteemed winery.

The choice of the Magnum format is not accidental: in addition to guaranteeing better evolution of the wine over time, it symbolizes conviviality and sharing, being ideal for special occasions. The refinement in French oak barriques helps to define the aromatic profile of Vespa Rosso, adding layers of complexity through notes of spices, vanilla and a subtle aftertaste of tobacco, without overpowering the freshness and liveliness of the fruit.

Visually, Vespa Rosso has an intense ruby red color, with garnet shades that intensify with aging. On the nose, it offers a rich and varied bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits stand out, such as cherries and plums, enriched by tones of sweet spices, chocolate and a hint of aromatic herbs, testifying to the complexity and balance of the blend.

In the mouth, the wine is powerful but at the same time elegant, with well-structured tannins and an acidity that enhances its freshness, leading to a harmonious and persistent sip. The range of flavors is consistent with the olfactory profile, offering a deep and satisfying tasting experience, with a long, mineral finish that invites reflection.

Ideal in combination with rich and structured dishes, such as roast meats, game dishes and mature cheeses, Bastianich's Vespa Rosso IGT in Magnum format is a prestigious choice for enthusiasts of intense and complex red wines, eager to explore the richness and the diversity of the Friulian territory through a wine that is an expression of quality, tradition and innovation.
