The life of a liqueur is born in the field. It is a synergy of forces that bind and that together form a new balance.
The recipe is the traditional Piedmontese one which includes aromatic wine, pure cane sugar and various elbe, including alpine mint, absinthe, gentian and cloves. A long rest of at least 6 months then brings out all the essences and aromas.
Warm and enveloping scent of woods, balsamic and mentholated reminiscent of pharmaceutical blends of the past, balanced by absinthe, bitter orange and vanilla. Full and soft taste that flows into the bitter-sweet of rhubarb and gentian, assisted by sugar and light tannin acquired over the months of aging.
