This wine is the result of a skilful selection of the best white grapes in the area, which benefit from an ideal microclimate and soils particularly suitable for viticulture.
Visually, it has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. On the nose, it offers a complex and aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as peach and apple, enriched by floral nuances and a light mineral note, which reflects the uniqueness of the Collio terroir.
On the palate, this white wine from Formentini dal Collio reveals an excellent structure and a perfect balance between acidity and body. The freshness is accompanied by intense flavors of ripe fruit and a subtle minerality, which gives elegance and persistence to the sip.
